she's always starting something: it's the - New Year is coming- month! A Challenge to End the Year


Hey Y'all,

Not only is Summer really over, we are nearly in the down right MIDDLE of Fall. My newest thing is expecting CHRISTMAS and I missing FROST by the skin of my teeth with my plants still out in the yard. Soon it will be Thanksgiving, then Christmas, then BOOM New Years and the year is over.
What are you feeling about all that?
(Nothing is an answer too.)

Today is 61 days until the end of the year.

It’s the time of year I start an END OF YEAR Challenge.
It’s the time of year I start thinking about the end of the year.

I've been so busy I've been thinking about not doing it, until I watched my video about it from last year and INSPIRED MYSELF.

Typically, I get anxious and enthused about what’s left to be done and what kind of life I’ve been living and I get all in a thing about the end of a year. Maybe it's a course correct, it's definitely a course consider. To look at where you are and what you’re doing and PREPARE yourself for a New Year.

Have you felt that? Have you noticed? Does that mean anything to you?

The End of Year vibes start when I start feeling the Fall. When the summer starts winding down, the cooler and darker comes for us. It's a mix of anxiety and stress, energy and enthusiasm. I get desirous to get really clear and intentional. How do I want to spend these last days, is a STRONG consideration.

For the last several years now that has led to me doing an End of Year Challenge. I was about to BAIL on doing it this year until I watched my LAST YEAR VIDEO and dug in.

I am 1 thousand percent too busy for this, so if you feel that too, you're in the right place!

an End of Year Challenge - are you coming?

What do I have to do to get you to consider this?

If I told you all the reasons and ways it was GREAT for me, would that be a good start?

If I deconstructed the word "challenge" and helped you feel less averse to the word because, as is, it feels hard and like work you don't want to do, would that get you to consider it?

If I explained step by step every piece and part of what it would be like, and what you got to do, would you be more likely to believe it was worth it?

If I really could break down the value, would you believe it?

What does it take to change life?
What does it take to be convinced something is worth the most valuable thing(s) we have?

Anytime is a good time to change

But sometimes we feel more drawn to change than others. Is this one of those time for you?

Sometimes we are more drawn to make the effort. Sometimes we feel we have the time. Those times are usually around significant events in our lives. Big birthdays, anniversaries, birth and death are a common few. Often it's a New Year, although it's become quite trendy to poo poo New Year's resolutions. Sometimes we're strong enough to create our own moments of impetus from within. Sometimes it's little things like the change of a season, the beginning of a month, or my personal favorite: MOONS: New Moons for new beginnings 🌑 and Full Moons for illuminations 🌕.

All this to urge you to consider what's going on for you right now. Would it be a good time to start something? Would your life and YOU be better if you oriented and focused on some things? Do you already know what those things are? Or maybe you're in a place of not knowing. Not knowing what you want is such a common, unique, complicated and special thing.
Yes I know there were contradictions in that sentence and I mean them.

30 + 30 Days to the end of the year

The offer:

I will GUIDE you through a Challenge for the last 60 days (plus or minus because my hard lines are getting soft) and you will find something here. Something worth finding.

What's included:

60 days of energy, resource, support, and accountability from me.

STRUCTRE.
I will give you the structure, you will pick your own stuff and put it into the Set Up.

Content, ideas, perspective, philosophy, and framework.
Each day I will share things and stuff with you, designed to "make you" think and consider your self and things in your life, with the ultimate idea being that you know yourself better and refine and distill your self and your life. When you do these things, everything else gets better and easier.
This stuff will come in the form of a daily email from me to your inbox. You can reply at whatever extent you want and I will meet you there.

Two 1 on 1s with me. That's right, 2 one on one sessions with me. One for Set Up, one for Download at the end, and one anytime during the 60 days if you are feeling something intense, whether it's a negative or positive and want to connect on a call or video call. That's right, my maths are off! It's really 3! (The value of this alone, covers the entire cost of the Challenge.)

Personal shares from me. I'll be doing this Challenge right along with you and I will share, in our private group spaces, the intimacies of what I'm doing. What's going on for me, the wins and losses, the easy things and the hard things, what sucks and what's great, and everything in between. I truly strive to hide nothing when I do this, so being in the group gets you all of me. You can count on the nitty gritty, if you want it; it will be there to peruse along with my truest thoughts to you of YOUR stuff. And I will always always always let you ASK ME ANYTHING. You'll also get my ENTIRE Set Up. Everything I'm doing, you'll know, all my rules and all the things!

What's the cost?:

It's $300 to do this with me. That's less than a medium fancy coffee everyday, for the folks who like the cost of coffee analogy. And that's less than 3 sessions with a therapist. I feel confident you'll get more out of this than those 60 coffees and those 3 licensed therapy sessions.

What I do, the experience I have, the content and resources I have put together over a decade of doing this, is what I offer to you. It's not enough, but it's worth it!

That being said, IF this feels out of your range or under the value you think this is worth, and you are interested and really want to do this, I'd rather you pay less or later, than not do it. So if you're really committed, I will work with you. Tell me what's up and let's figure it out.

Getting your sh*t together

Is it getting your shit together?

This Challenge will add energy to whatever you want to do: with going through stuff, lining up, orienting, organizing, thinking, prioritizing your things, achieving "balance" if that's what you seek, breaking it down, building it up, and lots of other great states and things can be accomplished here. It's difficult for me to explain and describe what this thing is. My confidence is in that you know me well enough that that's why you are here, and you'll get it, once you're in it. I believe that.

Wherever you’re at in life, I believe this “program” can help you. It and I, will meet you where you are, we even START when you're ready! As long as it's before the end of this year! It’s designed to be designed, customized to YOU and what you want, and to be able to hold what’s important to you.

It’s whatever you want or need it to be, with the intent and structure, being intent and structure. I provide the frame and you provide your self.

I provide energy and ideas.
You provide energy and effort and ideas and whatever else comes for you.

There’s never a bad time to work on yourself.

There are times we feel more called to this work than others. If this is such a time for you, let’s do this together.

Plan for it

As soon as you let me know you want to do this and COMMIT, I will send you a questionnaire to get your brain and heart going as well as the Set Up stuff.

Day 0 is November 1st, 2nd, 3rd and so! First day, new month, Full Moon coming up! This day you will consider your stuff and set up your Set Up. I will provide the structure and the frame, even questions and options to help you figure it out. As much as you may want to use, and if you need less, you use less of the stuff! Make sure you do create time to do this on whatever day you choose to start - some thinking and planing type work. Call this Set up Day.

About Guided Challenges

Anytime I feel a little stuck, lack luster, "off", weird, underwhelmed or overwhelmed,or other, I know a Challenge will help me.
I also start and do Challenges when I'm feeling energized and clear, good and great. There doesn't have to be a problem or adversity in the air for the time to be good to do a Challenge.

They're good, year and emotion round.
